CeCe Nails is an excellent nail salon- walked in got a gel mani /pedi with Eve and Coung - i requested French gel on my own very short fingernails and Eve made a beautiful freehand line . She is very skilled- Coung did my pedi and it was so relaxing- excellent neat work with the hot stone massage
